Ptoth is an obscure kingdom living in the Great Rift Valley, whether the term "Ptoth" refers to a city or the kingdom is not known. The city is most well known through the Ptothian Horde.

The Ptothian Horde is the cities primary fighting force, most using stone-age level weaponry, they are still extremely effective against their mortal enemies in the city of Karanthor.
The skin color of these people is not entirely clear, they could be white or red men, but they are uniformly hideous by almost any races standards. They use great riding lizards in combat, including ones capable of flight to counter the natural abilites of the Orovar.
