Haj Osis is the distinctly paranoid Jeddak of Tjanath. As far as he is concerned anybody from the outside world is a spy of Jahar to be instantly consigned to The Death. His son and heir is no prize either. All in all it is clearly a pity that Kal Tavan chose to turn panthan.
