Odarr Rukk was an eccentric from the far north lands where there is ice and snow, and the creator of the Metal Men. According to him there came a melting period in his homeland, and his people were driven underground finding a subterranean ecosystem, and in time his people built a great city in this vast place. Eventually his people grew violent, and the Metal Men were conceived and created, his entire race converted.
