Stara Kan was a Zodangan with a vendetta against John Carter.
History
Stara Kan was a dwar in the army of Zodanga during the siege of the city by John Carters forces. He was stabbed in the shoulder by John Carter and he fled the city disgraced and weakened, he was brought back months later druing the war crimes trial and sentenced to life imprisonment. He escaped and fled into the deserts, there The Great One found him, giving him new purpose, and The Council of Five was formed.
Powers & Abilities
Stara Kan is a normal red martian, but he has an artificial arm that grants him exceptional strength, this arm comes equipped with some hidden weaponry as well.
